The underlying point of the New Aeon of Aquarius is that the External Hierarchy (be it the "royal" Merovingians, the Vatican –with their exteriorization of the Christ Consciousness into a graven image of a "younger, Jewish version of Zeus with a lot of Kal-El thrown in for good measure"– or those gatekeepers of the Money Power, the Banksters) will be replaced with the Internal Hierarchy: the Kingdom of God within.
In this day and Age, a person will come to prominence not because of blood, or because his/her family happens to have amassed $500 trillion, and change, thru engineering World Wars and playing both sides for centuries...but will, instead, be judged in the most meritocratic of ways, based solely upon their Inner Spiritual Development, which is, of course, the only TRUE wealth in the Universe!
Thus the Inner Spiritual Hierarchy will eventually be made manifest outwards in society. By this I mean that, more and more, we will start to see Spiritually developed people filling the Power Vacuum of the OWO (Old World Order) and, one day, completely replacing this corrupt, "false hierarchy". We will finally see a world where people will NOT be saying "Life's not fair" anymore! Because it WILL be fair, if set out in this manner. However, the OWO do not like this, not one bit, so this is why they are being troublemakers lately, with their HAARPs and their chemtrails and fluorides and GMOs and all those funny little toys they play with that they believe will be able to stop us. They will NOT.
So THIS is what is meant by the "externalisation of the Hierarchy" that you hear about in some Spiritual/New Age writings...it is not, in any way, sinister. It's just that the masses –most of them being conditioned by the Religious Matrix to think that ANYthing to do with Spirituality that doesn't come directly from the Bible/Torah/Koran must, by default, be "Evil"– have wrongly assumed that the "externalisation of the Hierarchy" refers to some hellish, demonic plot or something ridiculous like that. Nevertheless, they can think as they like, but simply believing that the sky is red, with purple and orange dots, unfortunately does not make it so...
It will not change what WILL, and already IS, happening in the New Aeon even as I write these words. And what is happening is this: Men (and women) will rule according to Spiritual/Mental MERIT and ability alone...and not because their daddy happens to own this rock!
